By accessing or using NAWATIK, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

NAWATIK provides tools that process supported public TikTok links and may allow users to download available videos, audio, thumbnails or photo posts.

NAWATIK does not require users to provide their TikTok password and does not provide access to private or restricted accounts.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the links you submit and for how you use any downloaded content.

You must only download or use content when:

• You created or own the content.
• You received permission from the copyright owner or creator.
• The content is licensed for your intended use.
• Your use is otherwise permitted under applicable law.

NAWATIK does not claim ownership of videos, music, photographs, usernames, captions, trademarks or other content obtained from third-party platforms.

All rights in third-party content remain with their respective owners. You may not use NAWATIK to reproduce, distribute, sell, republish or exploit content in a way that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or other legal rights.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use NAWATIK to:

• Download private, restricted or unauthorized content.
• Violate copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
• Circumvent security controls, access restrictions or rate limits.
• Run abusive automated requests, bots, scrapers or attacks.
• Introduce malware, harmful code or excessive traffic.
• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading activities.

6. Temporary Files

NAWATIK may temporarily create video, audio, image or ZIP files while completing a download request.

Generated files and cached photo information are normally removed automatically after approximately one hour. Temporary deletion times are not guaranteed in every technical situation.

7. Third-Party Platforms

NAWATIK is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by TikTok.

TikTok and related names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms, policies and technical restrictions.

8. Service Availability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. NAWATIK does not guarantee that every link, format, video or photo post will always work.

Features may stop working because of internet problems, third-party platform changes, technical errors, maintenance or content restrictions.

9. Disclaimer

NAWATIK is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, availability or suitability for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You use the service and downloaded files at your own responsibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NAWATIK and its operators will not be responsible for losses, claims, copyright disputes, account actions, data loss or damages resulting from misuse of the service or third-party content.

11. Suspension or Termination

NAWATIK may restrict or block access when a user violates these Terms, abuses the service, attempts to bypass security controls or creates a risk to the website or other users.
